UNIVERSAL ONLINE is a privately held company founded by Dale W. Woys in February of 2003 in Midland, Michigan (Midland is corporate headquarters for the Dow Chemical Corporation and the Dow Corning Corporation). UNIVERSAL ONLINE has quickly grown from its humble beginning's into one of the most respected names in the ISP Industry. Renowned for exceptional customer support and unrivaled in terms of customer satisfaction. UNIVERSAL ONLINE is poised to take the lead in the competitive world of ISP Providers.

UNIVERSAL ONLINE'S philosophy is simple: Provide reliable service, superior support, and affordable pricing to businesses and individuals seeking high quality internet connections and web hosting solutions.

UNIVERSAL ONLINE has been helping ISP's since early 2003. Founded as a retail ISP, we quickly found our niche and moved into the industry of offering businesses and individuals the opportunity to become Internet Service Providers themselves. Since then, UNIVERSAL ONLINE has established itself as one of the leaders in the wholesale ISP market and now provides services for many ISP's big and small all over the United States and Canada.

In the last 18 months, we have launched a new high speed version which is now 6x faster. We have improved our network performance and redundancy by several enhancements to the Frederick, Maryland facility. We now have available 5 new dial-up networks ( Sprint, BitWise, PacWest, CP Wholesale, and CoreTel ). As always, we continue to focus on improving our service! In the near future we hope and plan to add many new products and services to benefit our growing list of customers.

Network Infrastructure:

Our company utilizes two networks for redundancy. One of the network facilities is located in Frederick, MD and the other in Seattle, WA. Both networks consist of multiple servers for every service that we offer such as email, radius, hosting, and DNS. Both facilities also consist of multiple DS3 providers for network connectivity redundancy. We also use multiple routers, Foundry ServerIrons, Cisco gigabit switches, power supplies, Ethernet switches, MySQL database servers, and Network Appliance storage devices. This network is built on redundancy so that we can maintain the highest uptime percentage possible for our growing list of ISP customers.
